KCW : Simple Play Dress


KCW #2: My one hesitation with sewing for the kids is that it makes the finished product too precious to wear. Not so for this dress. The fabric was $4.25, the pattern was free, and the whole thing was done in an hour. This dress is simple, inexpensive and indestructible.

      Thanks. She made her own bead necklace for it while I was sewing something else. Wish I had taken a picture before we lost the necklace at the park.

    My three year old would love this dress. She loves to wear dresses (to the point of tantrum when she has to wear a skirt or jeans/trousers!) and this one looks like something she would love to wear. Can't believe you made it up in an hour - brilliant!
