How-To Copy A Fold Over Waist Skirt

The last thing I need is another blue anything. But the heather blue knit fabric I made J's t-shirt and L's dress out of was just too soft to resist. I had to have a piece of it for my very own. I love the navy skirt on the left, but it was cheap, and with less than one season's wear, the fabric is pilling and nearly see through. I'm far too cheap to buy a fancier one, so I made one. Knit fabric is so forgiving, getting a good fit with this style is a sure thing.
